Together, We Can Make Homelessness, Rare, Brief, and Non-Reoccurring

We are asking you as one who we know cares about our community to rally your friends, family, and networks to support the most vulnerable in Morgan County. By becoming a fundraiser for WellSpring, you will help families experiencing the trauma of homelessness.

In January of 2024, the Point in Time Count found that 30 households, comprised of 51 people, were experiencing homelessness in Morgan County. Of those, 15 were under the age of 18. 15 children with no place to call home in our county is a tragedy; we can, we must do better.

On Friday, November 22nd. starting at 6 PM, community members will begin a "sleep out" in solidary with the unsheltered. It will continue until 6 AM on Nov. 23rd.

Here are ways you can be a part of the solution in ending family homelessness in Morgan County.

Join us at one of our sleep-out locations (call 765-342-6661 ext. 304 for locations), or invite your friends to join you and establish your own "camp site".

Regardless of whether you join the sleepout or not, create a fundraising page to support the mission of serving those who are experiencing the effects of poverty. Starting a fundraiser to ensure everyone who wants a safe place to sleep has one is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can ensure vulnerable families will have a safe place to call home with the resources they need.
